TIMING and CONTACTS
Arrival and unloading: 4.30pm/5pm (for different times contact Matteo)
Soundcheck: maximum 1 hour between 4.30pm and 6.30pm
Doors open at 7pm
on stage at 9.30pm / end of concert: around 10.30pm

DINNER and HOSPITALITY
Dinner will be served in the venue’s backstage before the concert. Where agreed, the overnight stay will take place in a private room(s) within the venue. Checkout will take place the following morning by 10 am, for details on times make arrangements with Matteo

ROAD TO EFESTO
To enter the historic center of Bologna, use only the access from Viale XII Giugno. This is very important otherwise the car will be fined.
Continue until Via Garibaldi, then turn right onto Via dei Poeti. Via Castiglione will be the next one you come across, turn right.
Efesto is located at no. 35 (“Efesto House aps” on the intercom).
When you arrive call Matteo on 342 070 6116 or ring the bell Efesto House APS, unload the instruments, from there Matteo will take you to the nearby garage to park your car or van (if not too large).
